Was familiar with this place but was my first time eating here as I just started working in the area. LOVED the pad Thai, pot stickers and spring rolls. Enough food for 2 meals! Will definitely be going here on the regular!
1 of every 5 meals is a good experience. It’s with a long wait, or their app did not actually place my order, or, lately, the lo mein noodles are always badly overlooked and have clearly been chopped up into very small pieces by the cook. I have given them way too many chances. Never again.
My orders almost always have something wrong with them, and it takes a long time to get your food. I've also experienced weird recipe changes, for instance they put cilantro--which makes me sick--in the Masaman curry and when I called to ask about it they said it had always been like that, which I know isn't true. Inconsistency is the name of the game. But I do get coupons for completing surveys and when they do get my food right, it's usually pretty good. I placed my order and waited 30 minutes before they told me they were out of both the things I ordered. What a waste of time.
Ordered thru grub hub and when food did not arrive a Agee refused to give me her name or take any accountability. Do not do business with them unless you want your money taken!
