I left a small dump trailer with TIMZ a month ago. They were asked to change or reinforce the spring hangers. It looks like they took on a job they were not qualified to do. I kept calling and when I couldn't get an answer I had to drive over there several times. Each time they made excuses. After several weeks they started on it. They had the axels off and there it sat.
