Dissatisfied with the service at Tim's pools. They charged me for bi-monthly cleaning services but often did not clean my pool. Instead, they insisted I needed all kinds of work done, work that they provide for a high fee. Also, they performed work on my pool that was unauthorized, so I had to pay them for that. Would not recommend.
