Great folks at Tim's. Their repair guy, Barney has been to our house since before we owned it so it's nice to have someone familiar with somewhat of an odd multi-unit setup. They always do their best to make themselves available but set realistic expectations if things are busy. Pricing is always fair and reasonable and I'm always confident things are working as anticipated when the job's done.
Tim has helped me with 2 unusual service issues (fixing a pool heat pump and rewiring a furnace humidifier to work with a **** thermostat). He did research and resolved both at a very affordable cost. He is friendly, helpful, and responsive.
