I took my laptop to be repaired because my keyboard wasn’t working. After 2 weeks of no contact, I called to check on things. The repair guy said that my laptop would be ready the next day. I went in 2 days later and my laptop was not ready. The manager was full of excuses and unapologetic however he did promise to call me the next day with an update. I bought a computer in October of 2021 from Tim's Computers and have returned it for repairs on 2 separate occasions for 2 different issues. The first was a software malfunction, the 2nd was a hardware malfunction. It has been at ***'s place of business and I truly believe they have lost it in the mess at their store. This is not true and we are doing the Lenovo Laptop RMA for him because we want him to be happy. Don't think that anything we do will make him happy but that is OK. He purchased his laptop and new 24" monitor on 10/04/21. Was happy when he left ... he came back on 11/12/21 to return the 24" monitor for a refund which I was glad to do for him even though it was past 30 days.
