Tim just saved me a couple of hundred bucks and saved my computer from the Blue Screen of Death. Actually did the work on a SATURDAY and did it while I waited. I'm back home now actually posting this review using that very same computer.
Should be more reviews on these guys because they are really good. They are really busy so expect a few days before they get to it but well worth the wait. They know what they are doing and do it right. Don't waste your time with others in this city. Tims is the only place I will even think about bringing my computer again. They rock !!!
IF you want to find honest, quick, painless computer repair...this is your best bet in Baton Rouge. I have a Toshiba laptop with a hard drive failure. I called several places including Best Buy (where I purchased it), Computer Heaven, several others and the lowest quote was upward of $250! Tim's repaired it, cleaned unwanted software, added a malware program and returned it to me with a smile for $160! Plus I was told they make housecalls. Tell your friends and family about this place.
