They may all be great people, and that's saying something, but they are slow and are not great communicators. I've had a vehicle to get a motor replacement there for nearly 3 weeks. Tim told me they cold turn it around in a week. They don't even have it in the shop yet. They do have great prices but time is worth a lot too and I need this vehicle.

As a female... I hate taking my car places because “they” always want to take advantage of you. Well Tim’s never does this! They talk to you like you have a brain and never treat you like you’re clueless. I won’t take my car anywhere else because of this. 10/10 would recommend
