Tow truck pulled a friend of mine out of a ditch that she ran in on a rainy night WITH HER CHILDREN. She was in town picking up items for her DAYCARE CENTER....and she was charged 700 for a job that took mins!!!! See this company got over on her because she was a WOMAN and she was in her BUSINESS VAN so they figured she had money.....TIMS AUTO YOU SHOULD BE SHAME OF YOURSELF !!!!!!
Awful experience. Driver was extremely rude and unprofessional.
DON'T USE THEM! One of their drivers was driving reckless & almost smashed into me on the highway, THEN tried to start a road rage incident when I honked my horn at him to let him know he was about to merge into me. Called the number to talk to a manager & let them know how horrible their driver was & got laughed at & hung up on. So if you care about your car & your wellbeing steer far away from any of this company's tow trucks on the road!
