RecommendedWe have been taking all of our cars to Tim’s for over 15 years. Most recently my wife’s car needed brakes so we called and talked to Chrissy. She had the car picked up, taken care of and delivered back quickly. With all that’s going on, it was nice not to have another thing to worry about.

Not only is this offer so kind and appreciated, they were friendly, timely and appropriately practicing social distancing! As they say we are here when you need us it’s true.They will make repairs and stand behind there work.
If I have issues with my car, I can call them and in most cases they can take my vehicle can be addressed that day or the next. The company has two drivers who can transport customers to and from their homes They always call before they start working on the vehicle and explain in full what needs to be done....then you decide yah or nay!!!! I have always have had a positive and pleasant encounter with them!. I believe they are truthful and reasonable 👍👍
Don’t go here if your black! Car was involved in an accident Friday. Called to see if my car was there around 4pm, lady at the desk confirmed but didn’t mention when they closed. Got there @5:01. They advised me they couldn’t let anyone back after 5 because it is a “police impound” and to come back tomorrow before 1. Got there @12ish, and said they were already closed. Told me to contact police since it’s an “impound lot.” Police basically told me oh well.

On May 10, 2019, we were on our way to Baltimore from Calvert County for a weekend with our son when our brakes gave out. It was pouring down rain, our car was full with tools, the dog, etc. we were able to get to Tim’s Automotive and they were absolutely great. They were able to fix the car the next morning and I cannot say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tim’s Automotive
