The front desk people are always friendly and helpful. Doctor Potts tries his best to tell you what’s going on and if you have some big issue he’ll help resolve it. The lobby is family friendly with coloring pages and books/magazines for all ages.
Dr. Potts and their Staff are Extremely knowledgeable about how to use the equipment to give you an Excellent Eye Exam! There was No Wait time at All. And they took extra effort to help me know how to use Contacts for the First Time!! And, they followed up with a phone call to make sure I wasn't having any problems.
It was super easy and quick to get an appointment and the staff and doctor were incredibly friendly. I would recommend Dr. Fromm to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.
Dr. Potts always does great! The staff are friendly and it's always an easy visit. I've been getting my contact lenses here for about 15 years.

All four of my children and I are patients here. They are great at staying on schedule and effective at managing billing and insurance. Dr. Potts is very nice and easy to work with.
They have helped me my whole life with my vision needs, I can’t say anything negative about this amazing establishment. The employees are kind, courteous and caring to all needs I have experienced. The doctors do a superb job on how they handle every patient.
