Great atmosphere, great service but most of all great food. This location has a long history in West Chester. The great food at Timothy’s with the amazing service has kept this spot a must when dining. It’s kid friendly and has a fun feel. My son says they have the best grilled cheese ever and my wife’s smile while eating her crab legs told the whole meal was a winner. Highly recommend Timothy’s.
My boyfriend had ordered us some food and twice the food came out wrong. My boyfriend asked to speak to the manager as so the manager came out all hot headed and rude he tried to explain the situation but the manager continued to show force of anger calling him a dirt bag as she was following him outside. All because they got the food wrong and he just wanted it corrected. Lack of professionalism from the manager and will not be returning.
Been going here since 2014. Over the last year me and my wife have gone here 4 times. Each time I kept telling my wife the food is really good. I have to admit each time has been a terrible waste of money. We went for the last time this past Sunday. I ordered wings.The wings were hard as a rock and dry as all hell.
