Worst experience at a restaurant. Do not order the crab cakes because you will have five lumps of crab and the rest filler. Management sucks. Asked the general manager to our table about our food and he was less than professional. He was rude and he LACKS customer service experience. This business will not survive with a member like him on the team. We asked for his bosses information and of course they didn't know. He don't own the company so his rude behind answers to someone. NEVER will I enter that place again.
It was a great experience first time being there , we were there for a private event ,Holiday Party for work , staff was friendly and the decor was beautiful . I would have given 5 starts but only issue is we had a buffet style meal set and we get our food and every single part of our dish was cold. The burners we never lit . The food was delicious and I came very but I'm hoping this comment makes a difference because we all really loved it there but most of us were concerned on why we were served cold food . Absolutely Horrible. Slow service, and the waiter makes promises he can't keep. Should be better prepared for large events on the Riverfront.

Having over 200 people enter the restaurant within a 15 minute time frame is an extremely rare occurrence that is very hard to prepare for. Had Thanksgiving buffet dinner, the food was really good. They had turkey which was very moist and tender as well as the carved beef, my favorite was the butternut squash ravioli. The least favorite was the worst than store bought dessert. The line to the buffet was very long, they should have staggered the seating or had a 2nd buffet set up. It was my first time there and I would go back again.
Crazy crazy busy... Next year I'm going to call y'all and make sure you know the date of the Alzheimer's Walk on the Riverfront so you are ready with extra personnel! But as busy you were, the server (Aylin) was very friendly and tried really hard! Some mishaps were made but quickly corrected. I feel like if there had been more people helping the service would have been much faster.
We went to watch the Eagles game.. 80% of the restaurant was Eagles fan but the manager could only turn on the game on 1 big screen and 4 of the smaller tv's?? He stated it was because of the network.. However, after the game he figured out how to work it to put on the Dallas game on 3 of the big screens. The waitress was soooo busy that we ended up getting drinks from the bar and not waiting for our waitress. Our waitress was also bartending?? This makes no sense since every table and every seat at the bar was taken.
Great staff, great food, great service. Dj'd a frat party in the bar area, and I was truly impressed. Beautiful location on the waterfront.
