I am completely at ease during my appointments here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment but to see Dr Yawn we feel he is worth it. (schedule what your needs are ahead of time to help with scheduling the right amount of time needed) They make extra effort to make sure every question and concern I have is addressed. The front desk receptionist is extremely rude and has been so in all our families last 3 visits. Also this office doesn't see it fit to fax prescriptions in to nationwide pharmacies for their patients....amazing. We are changing doctors now....Dr Yawn is great, but he needs to work on his main front desk clerk and basic services provided.
