I am completely at ease during my appointments here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment but to see Dr Yawn we feel he is worth it. (schedule what your needs are ahead of time to help with scheduling the right amount of time needed) They make extra effort to make sure every question and concern I have is addressed. I refer everyone I know to Dr Yawn. I've seen Dr Yawn for years and he and his nurses are the best. But most important I have faith and trust I'm in good hands. My husband also is v... read more

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

The front desk receptionist is extremely rude and has been so in all our families last 3 visits. Also this office doesn't see it fit to fax prescriptions in to nationwide pharmacies for their patients....amazing. We are changing doctors now....Dr Yawn is great, but he needs to work on his main front desk clerk and basic services provided.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
