Rushed, dismissive, does not listen or communicate with patient or obtain informed consent before acting. Unknowledgable and ignorant of basic women’s health issues. Gaslights, denies, lies.
We saw this provider at children's hospital and I've never seen anyone so ill-equipped to work with children. He entered the room abruptly, never said hello or even acknowledged my child, he just looked at me and asked me if I was the mother. He was incredibly difficult to talk to, spoke over me when I tried to ask questions, and scoffed at me for asking why he wants to do bloodwork when my child has knee pain. he rattled off a whole bunch of potential worst case scenarios that made my kid incredibly anxious. The Dr. was OK during visits, but his office was completely unhelpful and hard to work with. There was one major issue: it took WAY TOO LONG for my son's medication to be sent to the specialized pharmacy, and even after it was sent, it was incorrect...which delayed things even more! This issue could have been taken care of in a day and it took over a month...all the while my son was suffering with very predictable symptoms. They didn't seem to care.
Very uncaring and unkind. He did absolutely nothing for me and told me to go elsewhere. He made me wait months and then didn't help me and left me suffering in pain. Poor bedside manner and lack of knowledge of the colorectal field. Would not recommend.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Muhammad Qureshi at UPMC. My 2-year-old son was suffering from severe constipation and blood in his stool, and despite this, Dr. Qureshi refused to examine him simply because I had not followed his recommendation to give my child daily dose of a medication not FDA-approved for infants.I expressed concerns about possible food allergies or other underlying gastrointestinal issues, yet Dr. Qureshi was dismissive, visibly irritated, and refused to provide any medical care. Dr Sunseri goes above and beyond for my daughters care. She makes sure we understand the decisions being made, she listens to my daughter and explains things so that she understands her condition. I highly recommend her.

The usual protocol is x-ray first and appointment second. I expressed slight misgivings about the x-ray (my daughter has had so many--this was a follow up) and the technician checked with the doctor who agreed to see her first to see if she needed one. We really appreciated that. He's funny, talks directly to the patient, relates to a 15 year old girl which isn't easy, and can challenge her and be challenged. All which equals good understanding of the injury and the best path to complete recovery.
Dr. Grudziak removed my son's A.B.C. He is an amazing, kind, explanatory, thorough Doctor. He treated my son like his own. I highly recommend him.
