Prior to my visit I had been seeing a different neurologist and had felt very lost, alone and in the dark while walking the grey areas of a MS diagnosis. I left with a plan and feelings of relief. His heart is very much in helping his patients. He made that very clear in our visit. I felt seen. I've been dealing with MS now for going on 16 years having met quite a few neurologists during that time and by a massive margin, Dr West has been the best. He's taken the time to explain how my disease works and effects the body, how different medications work, what to watch for, has clearly communicated what and how he wants to provide the best health care plan for me and has done that for years. I think Dr. West is one of the best humans on the planet. He’s empathetic, and kind, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. I feel like he truly cares about me not just as an MS patient, but as a person! His staff is helpful and kind. Great office, great Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. West.
