DR. TEEL IS AMAZING!!!! He had recently did a tonsillectomy on my 7yr old daughter. He was so kind and nice. He allowed me to ask questions even the ones I believed to be dumb to me he answered without judgement. He allowed me to contact him at anytime before and after my daughters surgery no matter how small the problem was and he did it with concern, compassion, and respect. I have a chronic infection in my sinuses caused by a previous doctor's over prescribing antibiotics for my sinus problems. I have a daughter-in-law who is in the medical profession who was aware of a new "ear, nose and throat" doctor who was opening a practice in her building. She encouraged me to try him--Dr. Teel. I have been to him several times. He found a tumor on my vocal chords that looked malignant but did not turn out to be so. It was causing my voice to be weak and very hoarse. Dr Teel was very nice and informing. From the first visit he explained what I was there for, how he would help, and what I needed to do on my end. My son had a procedure and my husband happened to go instead of me. My husband came home saying how he was the best Doctor he’d ever came in contact with. Dr Teel also contacted us after the procedure to make sure everything was going ok with my son. Then comes the follow up appointment, he stole my heart again. I went to see Dr. Teel after having 4 sinus infection and becoming unable to smell for about 3 months. I have mixed emotions about being able to smell again but that is entirely besides the point. :) Without having unnecessary procedures and surgeries done, he assured me that he could help me get back to a "normal" state without all the expensiveness. Dr. Teel was great with our daughter. He is straightforward with what will happen and what to expect. After we got home, he called to check on her personally.
Dr. Teel is a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough and tries to make sure that he answers all questions before leaving the patients room. I would definitely recommend friends and family to see him. As an employee he is a great doctor to work for. He is not only a doctor but a teacher. I learn new skills daily.
Dr. Teel and his staff were kind, compassionate, and competent. Assessment and diagnosis were quickly completed. Treatment plan and literature on my condition were provided. Very pleased after two months of dead ends prior to coming into his office. Dr. Teel had excellent bedside manner and was a keen diagnostician. I am so glad he is in Longview.
My son had to have tubes put in, dr Teel was very straight forward with us from the get go, he explained everything thoroughly and we really appreciated him coming to speak with us after the surgery which was on a Friday and called us the next morning (sat) to check on my child. Which we really appreciated and respected.
Excellent doctor and staff... I was at ease and confident in their procedures from the start. Very happy with my hearing progress, and will return for any future issues with my ears, nose and/or throat. Many thanks to these folks...
