I thought I had an appointment on this day to see Dr. Powell and when I got there I realized I got things mixed up and I did not have an appointment on that day but I talked with the receptionist at the office and she was very helpful and talked to Dr.Powell about how I really needed to talk to him about my new medications and they fit me in that day.Awesome customer service and support!

Dr. Powell was very accommodating. I requested a virtual visit the day of my son's appointment since he was having a difficult day, and the office staff made the necessary arrangements so I didn't have to bring my son into the office for a medication renewal.

Dr Powell is fantastic! He treats this patient with kindness and respect. She has an intellectual disability but he always addresses her first before turning to her parents for answers.
