Dr Powell and the office crew did a great job helping keep organization. The team worked well together and made sure my appointment was still safe to have, after I beat a the case of Covid and was cleared to enter the hospital.
Always the best service.
It was a great experience. We had mutual respect, he listened to me and didn't dismiss my problems as "just stress" like other drs do. He should genuine empathy and concern and was very straightforward in my care. He also gave me options for treatment by weighing out pros and cons and letting me have the final decision.
He's VERY kind and caring.
Dr Powell is the best neurologist around. I recommend all family, friends, acquaintances, and people looking for recommendations to him. This man is brilliant! His team is awesome too.
Staff/clinicians always the best. Dr Powell Is honest and forthright while being understanding and respectful.
I thought I had an appointment on this day to see Dr. Powell and when I got there I realized I got things mixed up and I did not have an appointment on that day but I talked with the receptionist at the office and she was very helpful and talked to Dr.Powell about how I really needed to talk to him about my new medications and they fit me in that day.Awesome customer service and support!
