My first visit since changing Tricare Region. Met at front desk by Vanessa. She was cheerful, very friendly and fixed an error in insurance. Checked in with nurse who was very good. Met Dr Shown and got right to care. He was prompt, prepared, professional and had an easy way about him. Discussed meds and was pleased when I left appointment. Would recommend this clinic and doctor if someone is looking to switch providers.
Dr. Shown is very caring and attentive to my concerns or issues when I go see him. He is very professional and provides solutions to any issue I have & then discusses his plan of treatment with me. He is also very prompt to order and re-order my prescriptions at my pharmacy.
Doctor Shown has been my doctor for yeara and he has helped me medically more than once. I would recommend him any day
