He goes above and beyond .. VERY knowledgeable…patient..kind and a great listener!
We’ve had several family doctors throughout our travels and the years. Dr. Rutkoski is by far our favorite and sees our entire family. I have a laundry list of the things we like about him, but one of my favorites is that he takes the time to explain things to us and he genuinely cares about my families health.
