RUN!! Don't even bother! RUN!!! NO NO NO NO NO!!! I went in looking for a new doctor that had a good bedside manner. I have a pet rock with more personality than Dr. Rider. I told him I was not coming back and he asked me if it was because he wouldn't give me a weight loss pill. I was thinking.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I said no! Its because this is really rushed and I am not feeling it. (while motioning back and forth to him and I). Then, and only then, did he look me in the eye for the first time. If I wanted a diet pill, I co... read more

I’ve never had someone who was so good at following up in my entire life. And he isn’t ashamed to refer you to a specialist when he feels it’s in my best interest. I have the option to go to the Mayo Clinic, but I honestly trust this guy. He’s really, really good at what he does. You can tell he’s a genius because he sits back and analyzes everything with you. I never rush him because I know it’s part of his process. So thankful to finally have a doctor I don’t feel nervous to go to and who I can trust to give me the best ca... read more

Dr. Rider is very well versed in diagnosing health problems. Staff is helpful and professional. Website - Staff is very fast in replying to patient. It would be nice to have a way to download documents to website.

I have never seen a Doctor so confused he could not make a simple decision on his own!!! I will never recommend his service to anybody. I question his knowledge in certain issues. Very disappointing experience.

I am a 70 year old type 2 diabetic with a number of complications. I have been a patient of Dr. Rider for some time. The doctor is very interested in my health. As with any professional, the patient must be prepared for any questions or concerns he or she has. The doctors efforts have put me in good health. My HbA1c is less than 6.5 and my Neuropathy and Cholesterol are under control. The staff is professional and helpful. The in-house lab also saves time.

I just went in for initial visit. I found office staff and nurse exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The doctor seems very thorough. He is very business like and direct, but was very concerned with my health. He went so far as to personally call one of my specialists.

Dr. Rider does not appear to have a working knowledge of how best to deal with and treat an individual with mental health issues and a developmental disability. He is abrupt, curt, and does not have a good way of being patient and understanding with a young man with these issues.
