I have been going to Dr. Rider for 7 years and he is always on time and very responsive to my questions. He is easy to reach directly through his portal and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. The staff is very friendly and patient.

Dr. Rider and his staff are always pleasant and caring. He is thorough and gives clear instructions . I like using the patient portal and have found that Dr. Rider will answer any questions that I have posted (between visits) on the same day.
Dr. Rider is terrific. Very competent a d professional but with a patient and compassionate demeanor. Very thoughtful and does not leave a subject until there is complete understanding.

Absolutely not. He had no tact, bed side manner and is pushy. I felt like I was buying a car. He did not address my primary visit concern and would have had me at multiple other unnecessary visits had I not pushed back. He clearly does not enjoy working worth people. I will never see him again.

I arrived 30 min early for my appt and Dr. Rider was able to see me 20 min early. He was thorough (as always) but efficient and gave me clear options on next steps. This is my usual experience with him.
