I was treated with politeness and respect as soon as I walked through the door. As I talked about what my needs were the great staff assisted me through the process. I was very pleased with how everyone treated me and I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at home. They were very professional in their positions and my teeth look and feel great. Never liked going to the dentist but now I have no concerns about going back. I already made another appointment. Thank you again to everyone at Tim Smith Dental.
Great appt, I was in and out efficiently and they were sweet enough to let me have my toddler in the room while I received my cleaning. I really appreciate you all for that. Everyone is always so nice and professional. I will be back for my 6mo checkup.
I'm always greeted by name with a smile by the office staff. The office is exceptionally clean with comfortable chairs, lighting and single packaged refreshments. Cherith, my Dental Hygienist, is exceptional in patience, education and knowledge. I highly recommend Tim Smith Dental for compassionate and knowledgable care.
The staff was so nice, and they stayed Past closing time to work on my teeth since I was in pain. They made it as painless as possible, kept checking that I was doing okay. And then after I told them “Thank you for taking care of the two teeth”., They told me “Thank you for being such a good patient” All in all it made something that usually is painful and something you don’t enjoy, a very pleasant experience. They truly care about their patients.
Thrilled with the service and compassion. Got me in as an emergency, listened, cared, went over options. Can't Thank them enough!
