I love Dr. Timothy Gilbert, but unfortunately the people that took over is not the same. I had an appointment for January 20, which was the day it snowed. They said someone called me and rescheduled it for that Monday. I went for my visit today and they wanted to charge me for my visit and a no show visit.
Unfriendly staff. On top of that none of them could care less about the patients.
I loved Dr. GILBERT, and I hate that I may have to leave him. I saw him in June because I was diagnosed with diabetes. He took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly. His staff, however is terrible. I have placed approximately 7 to 8 calls and left messages. Only 2 of those calls have been returned. The person who returned my call was friendly. I spoke to one last week who was rude. I just placed another call and if I don't get a positive response, I WILL seek help elsewhere. This is ridiculous!
