Incompetent attorney avoid! My husband and I had Mr. Collins as our attorney for a landlord tenant matter as the tenant. The main reason we hired an attorney was to do an order to show cause for neglected housing violation repairs and lead paint hazards. Mr. Collins often times went back and forth on proceeding even with all of the evidence, playing devils advocate and often times advocating for the landlord .
