Great Surgeon. He put me back together when i couldn't get out of bed by my self. I am back to being myself. Jesse Gould
Dr Puckett had already performed 2 neck surgeries on me with Great success! He had preformed a neck surgery on my husband with Great success! I knew he was a Great surgeon before I had my back surgery.
Dr. Puckett has performed two spine surgeries on me in the last 19 years both with good result. I would not hesitate using him again.
After surgery I was in far more pain than I was told I would be. I had issues with the doctors office getting pain medication from the pharmacy because they did not fill out the prescription properly more than once. Calling for the refills I was met with poor customer service and a lack of concern. The doctors office staff seems unable to comprehend that they are the only way to get the needed pain medication and they are in no way concerned with the issue. Dr. Puckett has a great bedside manner but he didn't listen very well. I ended up with complications and he blew them off. I never fully recovered and had to go on disability. I don't blame him for that but when I filed for SSD I found that his medical records about my case were incomplete (they didn't mention blood loss during surgery that required 4 transfusions) and other items were outright lies (Said I refused to go back to work when in actuality I couldn't walk without falling and was in a wheelchair).
