Dr Gray is an excellent dr and I would go back to him even after all these years. Back in 2000 he looked at me and said I can elevate about 97% of your pain with surgery. I love how my L5-S1 surgery turned out. He listened to me while I was in the hospital and took into consideration that I lived in Running Springs. He sewed me up with dissolvable stitches so I didn’t have to come back until 6 weeks after surgery. I can honestly say he helped me so much.
Dr. Gray has been my Treating Physician for several years. I was comfortable with Dr Gray as my Doctor. The only problem I had with treating at this office was the staff. There was never a time when my appointments were on time. I"ve had to wait in excess of an Hour or more on several occasions. Patients with appt. after me were always seen before me. Most of the time I was the last person left in the waiting room. Dr. Gray is a great Doctor, but as far as the staff, worse I've ever seen.
I went to Dr. Gray for a Workers Comp QME evaluation. Initially he said my issue was job related and two months later did a 180 and said it's not. No real explanation other than he reviewed my medical history. When I requested a reevaluation he refused. He completely ignored or disregarded significant relevant information related to my injury when he flip flopped on his initial determinationClearly a company doctor more concerned with getting continued referrals than the welfare of the patient.
Well if I die it's this doctors fault. I went to him with pain, multiple MRI's, X-rays and explinations. I was LITTERALLY told by this doctor after he took a 30 second glance at my MRI, after waiting 2 months, 3 hrs in the waiting room to see him, that he "didn't have time" to look into it. Well we found out several weeks later while in the hospital due to extreme pain that I have stage 4 Ewing Sarcoma cancer......early detection is key. The office staff is also awful.
Dr,Gray is very compasionate and caring.my experience with this Surgeon has been very memorible..I would also like to mention Irene and Rusty both very careing ..Thank you
