What an amazing store! I live in DTLA and enjoy taking my friends and neighbors on tours of exciting spots in L.A. Timothy Oulton's is on the list. They have such a wonderful selection and the store is so artistically designed. The staff has always been very welcoming and accommodating. A special shout out to Will, the Assistant Gallery Manager, for going above and beyond in providing wonderful customer service and providing excellent community relations. I suggest you go check it out.
Thank you Brandon for giving us the Timothy Oulton experience!! Brandon walked us through each room and gave us a personalized tour of the history of the pieces and the special details that make the brand unique. Seeing the care and thought put into every inch of the work made the tour inspiring and heartfelt. It is now a dream of mine to own a piece from this store. Check out the downtown location and ask for Brandon. He will treat you to a luxurious and fun afternoon in DTLA! Make sure you catch Rainbow hour :)
Such a special place! I would highly recommend taking the time to see this space. I stumbled across this gallery with my friend and we were immediately treated so kindly and with amazing care even though we weren’t buying. Brandon took us on a tour sharing every piece in the gallery and the background and work put into it. He was amazing and showed so much love for the work he does and the work put into the space. He immediately was extremely welcoming and brought us tea and scones to enjoy as well.
I had scheduled 4 appointments for a design consult, after meeting with Brandon I cancelled them all. Brandon was absolutely amazing in helping me design my loft. He toured me through the showroom and helped pick great timeless pieces that followed the vision we created. To go above and beyond, he taped the dimensions in my loft so we could walk the room and feel the flow. I highly recommend visiting Brandon at the showroom.
Can I say, "Treated like Queens"! The quality of service is as the quality of the furniture. This store is a work of exquisite art. Brandon, you are a jewel. The wealth of knowledge you bring to Timothy Oulton is priceless. Thank you for the total experience 💕
