Dr Orphanides himself is amazing. His scheduler is horrible. They called to schedule a colonoscopy for July 3rd, I said ok, July 2nd I starved myself until almost 6pm when I finally called to find out what time my appointment was and someone had switched it to July 10th without telling me. So compliments of his scheduler I starved all day and took laxatives for no reason.
This is a doctor who goes above and beyond! He was my on call doctor when i had a complication from a polyp removal from another doctor in the practice, what a great caring thorough person. He just did my husband’s colonoscopy and just an amazing experience…This is old school put the patient first doctor. His immediate staff also attentive and helpful. Marina so sweet!
Dr. Orphanides is WONDERFUL! He is professional, friendly and makes the colonoscopy process stress free! He gave me all my options (and let’s face it, who WANTS a colonoscopy???) and I’m so glad I have piece of mind that all is fine. I highly recommend this doctor and might mention, he is extremely thorough and keeps hand written notes in a notebook (of course also in the computer) but he’s old school and I just adore that! Dr. Orphanides is the BEST. The colonoscopy/endoscopy prep wasn't bad and I swear I feel like a new person now. My only bad taste was with the staff not getting back to me when I had question. But Dr. Orphanides himself, is excellent.
Very engaging and enjoyable doctor.
