I was told by 3 different doctors to go this hospital in the ER department so they can attend to what was wrong with me. Instead of receiving any type of help or treatment, the doctor told me there was nothing he could do for me and wanted to prescribe me things that I had already been on many times before. I communicated this to him and still he wanted to just prescribe me something. He was also very nonchalant, showed no compassion and acted as if my situation was not important. I am a Heart patient at loyola so I go to the ER more than I want to with chest or back pain .there were a few people in training I mentioned that I was a hard stick. Getting blood from me was very difficult I was poked at least four times..but sitting in the waiting room for five hours my pains weren't cooperating Overall I thank everyone involved in my care that evening nurses were very nice. And doctor Murray and Dr Davenport. Thank God my tests were all negative and I was discharged. Thanks to ER staff .
