Dr Maurice always shows concern for me as a person. He went over my blood results and explained everything to me. He also encouraged me to apply for my VA benefits because of my service in Vietnam (Agent Orange).

I was diagnosed with lung cancer a year ago and had the upper lobe of my right lung removed. I then was referred to Dr. Moazzam. When I first met him he was so kind and smiled at me and helped me to feel calm in a very difficult situation. He told me I would have four rounds of chemotherapy. Every office visit I had with him was a very calming effect for me because he really listened to how I was feeling. And, he was usually smiling so that had a positive effect on me. I know NP spoke with the md before my last visit. But what I was told about my next test I feel the md should have spoke with popped in to answer my questions. Sometimes a Np is not the best when the md wants to do a very invasive procedure.
