Maybe when you schedule a cancer patient whoms having ankle and foot issues. Knowing you have multiple locations. You should probably give them the address not a run around.
Dr mcconn was awesome: explained everything and listened to me. And now my foot is fixed!!!
I chose to see McConn based on reviews, and he was very convincing that he knew he could fix my problem surgically. Well- what he did failed miserably. Instead of trusting him to do a second surgery, I found an orthopedic surgeon in Dallas who specialized in foot and ankle surgeries. The Dallas surgeon implied that what McConn did was done poorly and was uncalled for -of course they will never come right out and say that for fear of being drawn into a MP suit. Words can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. McConn and his incredible staff !! My achilles surgery was 100% successful. He is an amazing surgeon, so friendly and takes his time with you. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor! Thank you again for your outstanding service!!!
Best experience ever! I haven’t had any surgeries before and they made the whole process super easy and FAST. I had so much pain and Dr. McConn barely had to listen to my symptoms to figure out what was happening and got me started on a plan to fix the issue pretty much immediately! I’ve never had a doctor make it so easy to be heard. Very thankful for his entire staff!
