He was great and very organized office all our questions asked and taken care of . I love their stance on vaccinations
Dr. Mackey is a wonderful doctor! He is very knowledgeable, attentive and easy-going. He patiently listened to all my questions and concerns as a new mom (no matter how minor the issue). I've not had any issues scheduling appointments with him and never had to wait longer than a few minutes. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician in the area.
Very disappointing that a pediatrician would refuse a child who has a medical exemption, and is medically fragile, because they cannot receive vaccinations.
I 100% trust dr mackey ive never been to a better doctor then him hes not your outgoing type but he knows what hes doing and explains 100% everytime i take my sons he right away knows what it is and explains very well i dont mind if he would prescribe me more medicine instead of paying for it myself but other then that 100% everthing .staff is nice too ive never had any problems at all i always left well informed and satisfied !
Good doctor; very rude office manager. If your child has anything other than something basic, do not go here. If you have to deal with the office manager - good luck.
Dr. Mackey is the most kind patient and caring doctor I have ever encountered for any of my children I have also referred my family to him because I trust him, and I also drive 60 miles just to see him
We have been to Dr Mackey for two years for our first child and now bring our second. He is always attentive and gives plenty of time with my babies and me. He takes concerns seriously but never overreacts. I always feel confident in my baby's development and health after seeing him. Scheduling is easy and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
He is a great Doctor! Love that he doesn't push medicine, unless needed. The office and the ladies in the office is why my family will never be back. I go in for a copy of my daughters vaccinations and they tell me they have NO RECORD of her ever getting vaccinations!!! Are you serious? What do I do now.... I'm so upset. My daughter was suppose to start preschool, and now what pay his office to do them again?! also, I'm all for vaccinations both of my children have been vaccinated. ??
My first visit was okay. Really did not feel the warmth in this particular office compared to my child other doctor. My 2nd and I have made this the last visit for my child with this office. Was very unsatisfied I truly felt the P.A. and the doctor disregarded my feelings on my child situation. When your 14 month old baby has been congested more than two weeks and I am requesting medication for the infection and you insist on not prescribing any.
