I had severe pain and muscles spasms in my Lumbar spine effecting both legs front and back. I could barely get minimum things accomplished, my daily life and night was at a crawl with pain. I was finally able to get a MRI and into Dr.Sowder’s office for an evaluation Thank the Lord.. I could hardly wait to get help and contemplated going to the Emergency it was so bad. The best bedside manner. The best care. He not only cares about my health, but he also cares about my families health, including my cats. You know they are a good doctor when then care about your family pets. Highly recommend.

As a hairstylist trying to slow down my career of hair, standing to make money has become debilitating. I’ve been having a lot of trouble lately with my spine and degenerative disc concerns. Just started some home therapy with meds & Dr Sowder was very helpful & caring. I highly recommend him as he listens and takes his time to help. Hopefully between visits, we can achieve the goals of being pain free.
