Dr. Tougas is exceptionally nice, and always makes the time to answer any and all questions. If you call with a concern after surgery, he and his staff never make you feel like your questions are a bother ... instead they encourage you to ask about anything you are unsure or concerned about. Dr. Tougas takes the time to explain the procedures thoroughly, and explains why a certain procedure is best, for your situation. He'll even help you pick out good shoes :) He and his staff are fantastic!
