My mother had Dr Timothy Henderson as her orthopedic Doctor- she keeps telling me that he mended her broken leg… My 87-year-old mother just told me in person that she really misses Dr. Henderson and that “he saved her.” Recently, she tried to call the doctor, but he had moved to a different Practice and so she’s going to try to reach out to thank him again for all that he did for her. She thinks the world of him and that makes me very happy!
This office is is not helpful at all. No transparency or empathy for patients and probably are there to fleece their patients even if you have insurance. They would want you to pay through deductible for the Dr visit stating the plan was not covered and that too just at the last minute. What a waste of time in first getting the appointment and then resorting to cancelling it while being in extreme pain.
