100% do not recommend. My child was scheduled for a surgery with him. Last minute, his office asked us to reschedule the procedure. We rescheduled and I took off from work for it, only to get a call from his office the day of the surgery that we needed to reschedule again. We never went back to his office after that & took my child to see another ENT. Come to find out, she never needed the surgery in the first place.
Worst Doctor experience that I have ever had. Dr. Mclaughlin was a referral, and when I showed up for a overdue post op procedure, he told me to come back in two weeks and had not looked at the records that were sent to him. After I had explained to him that I had the understanding that the procedure was scheduled for that day, he insisted that I needed to come back for more visits, and said that "if I didn't like it, then there's the door." Dr. McLaughlin takes the time to explain and show you results of scopes. He listens and is very easy to talk to. My husband and I are both patients and have referred others as well.
Not a good doctor
Worst experience ever! He is arrogant and dismissive. In each visit, he "listened" for under a minute, gave me a diagnosis immediately, and then sent me to schedule a 6-month follow-up. I came back several times before 6 months because I was getting worse, and each time he gave me a different diagnosis but no solution. Other doctors actually ran TESTS and confirmed that all of his diagnoses were wrong, and I should have been treated. I ended up in the hospital, which could have been prevented.
