Tim Garber was an outstanding real estate agent to work with. With the initial interview, Tim gave sound, concise guidance on what he believed to be our best course of action which did turn out to be correct. Tim was excellent and I would recommend him to family and friends. He is quick to respond and will take you to as many houses as you need till you find the home just right for you. He is honest and transparent during the whole process. We used and twice and would do it again!
