Very professional!
Dr. Fei saw me for my wrist. He was very thorough in his examination of my wrist and arm. Before going further after seeing my MRI and report, he referred me to a neurologist. We developed a plan for my care. Dr. Fei gave me all the options available including surgery and it's risks. He put me in control of my care which is refreshing. As one who was in the medical field, I've seen doctors bully patients into unnecessary surgeries. Or when they weren't ready mental, emotionally, or financially. Dr. Fei is awesome.
I had an appointment with Dr. Fei. I sent my medical records/ MRI etc. weeks prior to my appointment, I even called the front desk to confirm receipt. Despite this when my appointment started Dr. Fei realized then that he only had the MRI report, not the images. Which is a huge oversight, it certainly did not instill confidence in me that Dr Fei was capable.
