Been a patient for years, until now. Office staff is damn rude. There is no good reason for rudeness in what should be a professional environment. They had my wife crying . UPDATE: Shiben's practice & demeanor have changed. He is no longer helpful or professional. He just doesn't care anymore. So very disappointed. I'm worse health wise after seeing him. He provided no guidance or help with my health. I will never go back.
My husband and I both see Dr. Shiben, we are very pleased with the care we receive.
I would give him zero Stars if I could. Didn't tell me what to expect with colonoscopy and endoscope. Went to him for digestion issues my test came back normal so I asked him what was wrong then, he said well maybe you ought to have your gallbladder out. Turned around walked out never heard from them again! Went to a different doctor because he never cared enough to get to the bottom of what was wrong with me, there is nothing wrong with my gallbladder so I would have had it took out for no reason!!
