I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Timothy Mickiewicz for TMJ treatment. I spent roughly $4,500 in under 30 days for Botox and a device that did not help my pain. Throughout my visits, I felt rushed and unheard, and I did not feel cared for as a patient with significant chronic pain. Eventually I was dismissed as a patient without improvement. I feel extremely fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Mickiewicz. I should’ve seen him years ago before my symptoms became so severe. He is caring, and is very passionate about his work. I am in the beginning stages of his treatment, however, already feel significantly better with following his recommendations. He runs behind because he takes his time to make sure he does everything he can for each patient at each visit. I’m so grateful to Dr. Mick, Reina (Dental Assistant), Jyoti (Office Manager), and their whole team—and thankful my health insurance covered treatment. When I first came in with painful TMJ issues, Dr. Mick took the time to listen, explain clearly, and guide me through every step. Since my case was muscular, I received a splint to relieve joint pressure along with Botox treatments, which have made a truly life-changing difference.

I am not the type do "online reviews”, this office deserves one. I came in over a year ago dealing with ongoing jaw pain and migraines. The doctor took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and really got to the root of the issue. My issues were ignored by my own dentist for years. I finally had a MD referral to come see Dr. Mickiewicz. After following his treatment plan, I’ve experienced such a noticeable improvement and I feel like myself again....it feels great to finally feel normal after so many years of pain !... read more
