Dr Polk and his staff are amazing from the moment you walk in the door they are always smiling and gracious and give you the highest level of care. They took it upon themselves to submit my info to the pharmacutal company to assist me in paying for my treatment. I was unaware this existed and without their knowledge and concerns my treatment progress would have been so much slower.I so very much appreciate all they've done for me.
