I VERY highly recommend Restoration Eye Care, and have told all my family and friends about my great experience. I just had Lasik surgery done, including pre & post operative appointments. The surgeries and followup exams went well and were within reasonable time limits. The office staff was curteous. However, thre were serious problems with billing and insurance copayments. First issue; they wanted a significant upfront payment, despite having a well-known insurance provider. I objected and the office manager agreed to wait for insurance payments. The office billed for the amount not covered by insurance, even though the insurance contract has set copays. I went in and tried to talk with the person handling i... read more
Everyone was friendly and professional. The wait time for an office visit or surgery is minimal. The evening after surgery, Dr. McGarity called to make sure I was doing okay. I am very well satisfied with every aspect of my cataract surgeries.
My LASIK procedure went exceptionally well. The staff was very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. They were calming and very reassuring the day of. I am normally someone who worries excessively about things, but I was not at all worried or scared about having this procedure done. They made me feel comfortable with what would happen during and after the procedure. I am still amazed at how fast I healed and how it easy it all was.
