Dr. Crane was kind, sympathetic, and very skilled. My cataract surgery by him was perfect, no complications and everything went so smoothly. Just wonderful !
Dr Crane is the most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered. Refused to take time to answer my questions regarding my surgery, became angry with me and told me I should find another doctor, which I did. I had my surgery and was treated kindly, with professionalism and compassion. I couldn’t be happier to have left Dr. Crane and to have found my wonderful new ophthalmologist.

Dr Crane has done my cadaract surgery twice. He is very professional and caring. Yesterday he did my second cadaract, when I arrived back into recovery the nurse brought me half a papaya with slices of strawberries and a slice of lime and said this is from Dr. Crane which I thought it was so thoughtful. After two hours of the surgery I was having pain behind my eye and a terrible headache. I called him and proceeded to his office. He had to burp my eye because of fluid build up around the incision. Matthew and I are really grateful for the excellent care we get at Crane Eye Care. When we have emergencies they always get us in. This morning I watched Dr. Yoo do a very thorough examination of Matt's eyes - I'm usually the one being examined, so I know the drill. She was completely professional, really thorough, and patiently explained things to us and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much! And the other staff are always so warm and kind.
I have seen Dr. Crane yearly the past 10 years as I am a diabetic. Dr. Crane is highly experienced and very thorough. Gentle and caring I am lucky to have found such a knowledgeable physician surgeon.
Dr. Crane, in addition to being a skillful surgeon, is a compassionate, caring person. He did a wonderful job on my cataract surgery. I could not be more pleased. And he followed up with personal phone calls to be sure I was getting along okay. And each one of his staff went out of her way to help me during the entire procedure. They are all a very caring team.
