Extremely pleased I have had many traffic tickets handled by Mr. Coogan or his associates and have gotten nearly all dismissed!! I have read the other reviews of unhappy clients, but it sounds to me like sour grapes. I don't expect to have ALL of my tickets dismissed just because I hire him, but I know that he will do whatever is needed to try to keep it off of my record.
BAD BAD BAD!!! He is great for speeding tickets. Paid a higher fee for Neg Driving ($400 vs. $250) and then got screwed out of my money. He was late to court (again) and then couldn't help. Said we could appeal but the office never followed up. Called many times but they never call back. The office staff is unorganized and unhelpful. After 7 months, still cannot get my money back. great traffic lawyer I was referred to Tim Coogan's office by an auto enthusiasist forum. His associate Mario was friendlly and helped me defend successfully for a 15+ speeding ticket. His price is extremely competitive (way cheaper than other traffic lawyers in the Greater Seattle area). I would highly recommend Tim's office for his legal service.
He Riped me off Changed my court date Didn't inform me of the new date, Lost the court case took my money. Then the office was very mean.Find someone else>.I'm still trying to get my money back but good luck getting money back from a lawyer
I am a Coogan client for LIFE!!! so far in the last 2 years, i've accumulated 9 traffic infractions, the 1st one starting with a reckless 2nd degree and speeding all in one ticket. this was the most i had to pay coogan which was 450.00. BUT case was DISMISSED. during the following 2 years until recently, as of 11/10, ive accumulated 8 more speeding infractions, EACH AND EVERY TIME, ALL WERE COMPLETELY DISMISSED, at the cost of 250.00 per speeding ticket, of course. what else can i say about this attorney other than, HE IS TH... read more
Did a great job for me. Mr. Coogan was referred to me by someone who got a reckless and speeding ticket on his motorcycle. Mr. Coogan got his dismissed. I got a speeding ticket ($197) for 20 over on my motorcycle and Mr. Coogans office got it dismissed for $250 . I did call a day after the court date and found it was done and over. No hassle, sent in my copy of the ticket and money to Mr. Coogans office and that was it, no questions asked. Thank you.........

NOTE: Thurston County Clients: AVOID!!! (like the plague) I was recommended this agency to help me with a speeding ticket that I was issued in Thurston County. My court date was on a Friday that I planned on going, yet the Law Office asked for my case to be seen on that Thursday without even consulting with me. Not to mention I had already arranged to take off work.
