Dr Colby has gotten lazy in his work . He does not care about his patients. He told me I needed a root canal I knew I didn't got a second opinion and yes I was right I did not need one . Be very careful if you see him . His work has gotten so sloppy.

This place is over the top expensive. The Dr. charges an arm and a left for filling's, which make's you have to pay more, for your out of pocket coverage. 2 fillings almost 600.00 dollars. I was seeing a Dr. that did not take my insurance that I pay way less with, and then because he was out of network, wrote off the balance. The girl on the phone thought I was stupid, and had no idea what I was talking about. I have worked in the medical billing field for 30 years. uncaring and not willing to work with patients anymore. He has gotten greedy and and sloppier in his work. He no longer cares about his patients here, he seems to care more for the ones in a foriegn country!

Had two root canals--after the second and having pain for weeks went to get a second opinion. 2nd dentist referred me to a root canal spec. even after giving me his opinion. Spec told me my first one needed to be redone and that's why I was still in discomfort! Also was told I had cavities by colby (second dentist said I just needed a cleaning and my teeth were just sensitive)

I have not been to a dentist in 13 years, so I was extremely terrified and nervous. He was very sweet and gentle. I went in full of pain and came out pain free. I have never felt so comfortable in my life. Everything about him, his office and his staff were absolutely perfect. I had very little wait time and a very friendly staff to ease my pressure while waiting to be seen. His assistant was awesome. Definitely going back and making him our family dentist.

I went for a cleaning and he told the assistant to watch 2 teeth. When he left I asked her what he said and she explained that there were 2 teeth questionable. Well when I checked out, the receptionist tried scheduling me for 2 fillings. I explained to her that he was watching these teeth, not filling them. Then she changed the story and just let me leave. This was very Shady.

I went to see Dr. Timothy Colby (2704 W. 45th Street, Highland IN 46322, tel 219-924-2736) for the first time for a dental check-up earlier this year and it was the worst dental experience I have ever had. He attempted to perform and overcharge me for lots of unnecessary dental work. I was pain free, yet he told me I had 13 cavities, an abscess, and needed a root canal at a cost of over $7,000. I TRIED TO GIVE HIM 0 STARS BUT COULDNT. READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS #$%$!!!! FIRST AND FOREMOST HE IS A MEAN OLD MAN... I DON T EVEN KNOW HOW HE EVEN GOT HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE. HE IS HORRIBLE! WELL I WENT THERE TO GET A CAVITY FILLED, 6 MONTHS LATER THE FILLING CAME OUT; I M GOOD WITH BRUSHING TWICE DAILY, SO FOR IT TO COME OUT WHILE BRUSHING WASN T RIGHT.
