I’ve been seeing Dr. Chao for several years and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. When he opened his new office in Irvine, I was excited, it’s much more convenient for me than his Orange location. The new office is beautiful, clean, modern, and welcoming. It doesn’t have that cold, clinical feel you sometimes get at dental offices. Everything is brand new and high-tech. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Chao on a trip to California and needed emergency dental work. His office is very high-tech and patient-friendly. His staff is attentive and helped me feel better about the experience. Dr Chao was very professional and expertly addressed my concerns, with top-notch work to back up that knowledge. Going through my insurance was easy, and the whole experience was relatively painless. Wish I lived out in Cali, thanks Dr Chao!!!
