I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Barron and the staff. Every procedure was fully explained beforehand and there was minimal wait time. Every person was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr Wu’s. My styes and eyelid mites were almost resolved. Following her directives, I was taken aback by a lg stye and pain in my right eye. Dr Wu, not available I made an appointment Monday for 4:15 with Dr Brand (sp). I was called back by tech, given eye drops, the sent to waiting room. @ 5 I found out there were 3 people waiting for the same doctor with appointments before me. I had to leave for a meeting. It is Wednesday night, my stye is growing and my right eye is painful.

I will not be going back to Shoreline after a number of years. They tell you what you see and do not listen. My eyesight is now completely screwed up and their response was, we'll schedule you another appointment in a year! I would not recommend them and my primary doctor said the same and referred me to Holland Eye Care to see if they can do anything to fix my vision.

I was accompanying my mom to this visit. She has some physical limitations that, from what I could see from the population in the waiting area , are not uncommon to folks of her age group. It would be lovely if the many tests they attempted were able to manage people with similar issues. At least 3 of the 4 tests they attempted were unsuccessful because their machines cannot work with difficult neck mobility.
