Great experience and great chocolate. Emily is the best and I love their bon bons with the 72% sipping chocolate add milk
The BEST hot chocolate I've ever had. I had the 50% with hazelnut milk. Liquid Nutella. My favorite sweet spot in Palo Alto. �
Timothy Adams is one of my favorite places ever!!! 1. Their hot chocolate is LITERALLY the best in existence. I do the 72% with skim milk, but you can't go wrong. 2. I held a birthday party here, and it was FANTASTIC! Tea sandwiches, champagne, TONS of samples (different percentages/origins, fresh ganache, etc.), chocolate-making lesson, plus you take home everything you make, AND they give you a gift-box to go. Awesome chocolates ... Patient and courteous sales people ... You get to sample when you purchase ... This was my second time here and I'm sure I'll go again! And again :))
Everyone was very knowledgable about the chocolates, and gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted (because I wanted all of it) made recommendations on what I wanted, shared their favorites, and the coffee was delicious!
These are by far the most incredibly delicious chocolates I have ever tasted. Tim is truly a confectionary genius!
